Phil and Deven just renovated our bathroom and WOW, what a transformation! We obtained quotes from a number of fitters and Phil came out on top. We chose Phil not just because of his competitive pricing but because of his approach. He was very professional and meticulous the moment he walked through the door. He asked us what we wanted and gave us some really good advice. You could instantly tell he was someone that knows what he was doing. As with most renovation projects you would often find problems when you remove the old stuff. Phil was very honest and transparent about the issues, and they were soon sorted with no fuss and at no extra cost to us. They really went above and beyond! Communication was great as we were updated every night on the progress. Mess was kept to a minimum as they brought their own dust sheets and covers. The work was completed to a very high standard and their attention to detail is incredible. Overall, Phil and Deven provided a fantastic service and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a new bathroom fitted by Phil in August 2019. From the moment he came to provide an estimate he was exceptionally meticulous and professional, ensuring that I had ordered the right materials and checking the current state of the room. On top of this he completed his work to an excellent standard for a competitive price.
I would recommend Phil if you have any plumbing related issues. We came back from holiday and noticed that our shower had stopped working. Spoke to Phil and within the same week he had ordered a brand new unit and fitted it for us. Can't thank him enough for his quick response and for doing a great job!

Phil arrived exactly when he said he would, I'd been let down by 5 other plumbers , he had quite a few jobs to do but completed them very quickly and efficiently I can't recommend this hero enough . Cannot thank Phil enough. From start to finish has been absolutely spot on. Needed a leak sorting after initial leak detection completed. Phil was really clear in invoice about work to be completed and costs - important for our trace and access refund claim. He worked tidily and was very clear about what was happening and time frames. He made sure we knew what was happening at all points. The job itself has been done to a high standard and unlike the first plumber we had in, charged at a great price so the money we had to pay for the ‘fix’ of the leak wasn’t extortionate. He even found another ‘issue’ with a roof vent that if not spotted could have left us in the same mess in a few years time. I called Phil as I had a leak coming through from the bathroom into the kitchen. He came very quickly and sorted out the problem. Also sorted out another plumbing problem with blockages so got 2 jobs for the price of 1. Top service and good value. Would definitely recommend!

Phil came today ( Nov 4th) and spent time to find the sources of a few tricky leaks. We're in a 3 storey house...so not an easy task. He stayed all day, removed bath panels, toilet, sink, flooring etc. Found the leaks, repaired them, and put everything back as it was. Top Job. V. Reasonable price.

Had Phil & Dev come and quote for 6 new radiators around the house. Very polite and had some great ideas on how to fix the very horrible looking piping we had. After a very competitive quote we booked them in. Both appeared on time and work began without any fuss. We were originally planning on leaving our radiator in the main living room but after seeing the quality of work that was carried out decided to get this one done too. We were given a separate quote for the extra work so the price was clearly visible, Phil was very eager to ensure absolute transparency with the extra work. No hidden costs and stuck to the quote to the penny. We asked quite late into the job for the extra radiator so we thought they may have needed to come back at a later date but we were wrong, they made sure to order, collect and fit the radiator within a few hours of asking! Service with a smile and a supreme quality of work. You can really see the pride taken in everything they do, so much so that we have now booked Phil/Dev to come and do our tiling for our new Kitchen arriving in January. Excellent plumber! I had a leaking sink, plumber arrived half an hour after I rang him and fixed the problem in no time. Even-though the problem was a bit more complex that initially though and required more work, he still stuck to the price quoted! Will be using again!
